Walk along shady streets in a quiet neighborhood comprising the early Litch Addition, part of the original 72-acre Litch Ranch, the McCarthy Addition and the Sierra Vista Addition. All of these were established around the turn of the 20th century. The homes are an eclectic mix of styles, mostly dating from the 1920s through the 1940s. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and sign our liability waiver. (A copy of the waiver can be found here.) Wear comfortable shoes, and bring a hat, sunglasses, and water bottle in warm weather. No dogs, walkers, baby strollers, or bicycles allowed.
Walks generally last 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Please note, some neighborhoods may have uneven walking surfaces and sidewalk barriers, which may make it difficult for people with mobility issues. Also note, restrooms are not available on most walks.
